After burning the "ISO" image onto a cd, load the cd into the computer and run, remember not to plug the usb speedtouch 330 into the computer till prompted.

The modem will not work or function till the upgrade patch is applied, this can be downloaded from the following

Please note that the two green lights will not show untill the patch is applied only one red light shows before applied.
